Overseas orders are shipped with OCS Couriers (additional shipping costs may then be added)
Bonjasky Academy Return Policy
You can return your products within 14 days. Please note that the tag must be attached and the item cannot be worn or washed.
REFUND
You will receive a refund of the total amount paid (excluding the standard shipping costs, we will charge you shipping costs with reciprocal effect. We will do this by refunding the purchase price of the item(s) that you have returned minus the shipping costs to your country.
RETURNS
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be deposited to your bank account. We may postpone the refund until we have received the product(s) or proof that the product(s) are in transit. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are considered faulty when they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. If your Bonjasky Academy product is damaged as a result of wear and tear they will not be classified to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
